This was my second trip to Hershey's Chocolate World. The first time around I was so SAD because it was a very exciting prospect to have access to all those yummy treats but when it first opened the place was not up and running but boy oh boy has that changed. They have tons of merchandise and special yummy treats in stock now and their fun interactive area is up and running. You can make your own custom chocolate bar wrappers . Not to mention a fun little Reeses Peanut Butter Commercial. My favorite part about the whole place though is their bakery that is located on the bottom floor. For being a tourist trap they have really reasonable prices on their items which vary from Fancy Candy apples , Smores, Tarts , brownies, fudge and even chocolate covered strawberries. I am sure there are more items but I had to finally force myself to walk away. I did end up buying a $4.00 Smore that was worth every penny and a Whatchamacallit Brownie that was recommended by the lady who was helping me behind the counter. Which might I add was also delicious. I can't wait to go back and try more items. Everyone I met that was working in this location was friendly and helpful. When I was walking around I was constantly asked if I needed help. I also got offered a sample of the special macadamia nut Hershey kisses which are only available here and in Hawaii. Overall I found this place lots of fun and if you're in town visiting or even just down on the strip and have not had a chance to stop by I recommend coming in and taking a look. You may even surprise yourself and find something you've been looking for. During the holidays they have lots of baking items for your seasonal cookie/cake making needs like cinnamon chips and a variety of other items but most of all they offer service with a smile which is worth my time.. EVERYTIME!
