  • When I saw through an ad in a local magazine that this store had a whole new website, I browsed the website and found something I needed at a good price, which was a music notation program. However, I was not sold the version I expected to get at the special price--the current version is 2012 for that program, and the version I was sold was the 2009 version. And I used to go there to browse once in a while. Plus they're definitely mostly a guitar store. But the staff spent way too much time talking and searching than would have been necessary.
