  • The experience is a hit or miss depending on who you have. I have only had threading and waxing services done here. I have gotten the High Brow ($23) and Fuzzies ($12) from Lana and a few other staff members. Lana (5/5) is the shining star. She was extremely professional, made sure you left happy with your brows, and you don't feel like you're rushed for time with her. She walks me through the every step so I always feel like I am in great hands with her. In comparison, I had my eyebrows threaded with someone else and there were a few things such as consistency in professionalism that can be improved on. When she asked me to switch my hand position during the threading, I did not hear her immediately, to which she replied an attitude-filled "No?". She also asked me if I slept on my side - how is this important to the task at hand which is my eyebrows? I'd only go back for Lana.
