Went to take pictures last Sunday for Christmas with my son, appointment was at 3:15pm we didn't get seen until 4:30pm. My son got very impatient. We finished our shoot an had to wait another 30 minutes to view photos and pick which ones we liked. Then they get you an try to sale you this an that, sadly they DO NOT even honor any deals online in stores!!!! I ended up buying a 16x16 canvas cost $89.99 on sale for $44.99 because of my Groupon deal. Couple days later I get an email special 16x16 canvas on sale $17.99!!!! Wtf so I call the store to ask about a return or honoring that special since I have not yet received it ... and the woman on the phone tells she can't help me. I asked for a manager she says she is busy I called back 5 minuets later and now the manager is at lunch!!!! Bullshit I asked for managers name and woman on the phone tried to by pass that question. Not a satisfied customer! My second year doing pictures with them and it will be my last year doing pictures with JCPenney Portraits!!! They should just honor the price!!! Or atleast call back like they say they would or something!!!
