  • Honestly, this place is a hit or miss. The first time I came here, I wanted to get see-through bangs and hannah did that well. I came back a second time and they grew out nicely tooo. When I came yesterday, the guy cut my hair instead. I probably should've requested hannah specifically, but I was too shy to do so. I regret it now because my bangs are way too short and he didn't even frame them to my face. They are extremely awkward and I can't even style them. When trimming the length of my hair, he told me the front part was more curved than the back and I said ok, keep it curved, so he didn't trim it at all. My hair is super finicky when it comes to my bangs. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a while. I even have to wait at least a month to fix my bangs. Also, when he washed my hair this time, the water was cold most of the time. He also kept banging the shower head to the side of my hair. It was not gentle at all. I had a terrible experience yesterday, I would think twice about having someone else cut my hair.
