  • Don't be fooled by the "no contract, cancel anytime" advertising! Went online thinking, that would be the easy thing to do, online it states you have to go into the facility to cancel, make a special trip to do that, and was told that i need to go online and email in order to cancel,. By this time about 2 weeks have gone by as was moving daughter across country (thus the cancellation of her membership)! Receive response, that i will still be responsible for payment as well as a 15 cancellation fee! (what the what!!??) granted not a ton of money, but its the whole concept of "no contract, cancel anytime", little misleading. Never mind, that I pay 24.95/mo PLUS the yearly whatever it is fee of 65. Daughters membership is 15.95/mo on top of that, sooo frustrating. Advertise correctly, there is not an easy way to cancel anytime and you will be responsible for added fees, even though not in contract.
