  • Brought my adult dog in for a 3day stay. The staff was not very friendly right from the start. They called me the next day to tell me my dog had bad diarrhea and that they needed to give her antibiotics and that I'd have to pay for it. When we can to pick her up she looked so incredibly stressed out, which was probably the reason for her tummy issues. They completely ignored us for about 10 minutes. We're finally home, no diarrhea at all, but she did manage to rub her nose raw and no-one bothered to mention it. Not sure if they even noticed it or just didn't care to tell us. She is so relieved to be home but i can tell she had a bad couple of days. We do dog boarding about once every other month and she's never had diarrhea issues, never rubbed her nose raw, never came home so upset. I will be taking her back to her usual place next time even though it's 25 minutes out our way and i will never return here. The only reason i didn't do ONE star is because the lady i booked with was nice, the place seemed clean and I'm hoping that our experience isn't an everyday thing. I however will not be giving a second chance. Good luck!
