  • Came here during their soft opening, on a random late Tuesday night. Upon entering, we were greeted and they explained what was being offered during their soft opening. Very friendly and courteous :) Boyfriend and I ordered a Matcha/vanilla twist soft serve cone and their Black Sesame frappe (Kurogoma Frappe on their menu). Matcha soft serve verdict: LOVED the strong matcha flavour and the slight graininess of the matcha added a nice texture to the creamy soft serve. Since I tried it as a twist cone with vanilla, I definitely want to get just a matcha next time! Black Sesame Frappe: It had a nice black sesame flavour and the added bonus that it wasn't too sweet (typically Chinese people don't like their desserts or drinks too sweet so this was perfect)!! I will definitely be back to Tendou in the near future... I NEED their black sesame soft serve in my life! (updates to come when I do go and try :P)
