  • I don't normally post reviews on businesses but felt compelled to share our horrible customer service at this gym. Don't buy training session at this gym! We had asked to signup for a 6-month contract, later when we reviewed our documents and realized they had signed us up for a year of training they blatantly lied and told us that we had 1 year to use the services but we only paid for 6. When we then tried to cancel our services, we were charged the full year. We were told that we could put our services on hold to catch up with payments but are being charged interest! The management team at this location has zero concept of customer service. I would encourage others to sign up for personal training somewhere else.
