I'm from Hawaii...so I'm giving a review on their Hawaiian cakes.
Chantilly - great for when you need that chantilly fill. So far, their cake is better than others that produce the chantilly cake.
Guava chiffon - pretty decent. I would actually choose to get a slice of this over the chantilly.
Chocolate dobash - I got into a bicker with William because he boasted he made the Hawaiian style dobash cake. I asked him if he even tried one from Hawaii...of course, not. His version is more like a dense dark chocolate torte. In no way his dobash is soft and light like Hawaii's with that thin pudding like frosting. His is dense, heavy, dark, dark chocolate.
