  • I went and asked the owner to build me a ball valve for my pool water fountain. I showed him a picture of the part that I needed to be rebuilt and said I could bring the old one in if he could build one for me. He immediately looked at the picture and started criticizing the way the previous one was built. He then proceeded to tell me how this was all build with Home Depot plumbing parts and that he couldn't build one for me in his store. I thanked him and left. He acted surprised as if he couldn't believe I would just walk out. I had already inquired to two other pool stores and both gave me a no hassle quote. And both saw this as an easy build. I went on to research the name of the parts only to find out they are actually from a major pool supply company and not Home Depot. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about. Avoid this place.
