  • I am so happy I came here to pick out my ring. The staff is extremely happy to greet you and nice. We had Derek help us pick out our ring and he was very patient, knowledgeable and understanding. He was not once pushy on trying to make a sale. He clarified about the budget and helped us find the style that we were looking for. We spent about 2 hours in there and that's when we found the ring. I am extremely happy with my purchase and so thankful I came here. Shane co really does a great job with making sure the customer is happy. All I know is Jared's is trash and the way they treated me due to how small I was, was absolute rudeness. I was not taken seriously at all. Luckily Shane co. did above and beyond.
