  • I was not at all please with my experience here. We had an appointment for 12:45, and didn't get seated until 1:30. What's the point of having an appointment if you still have to wait 45 minutes? I didn't catch the person who did my mani-pedi, but he certainty didn't take the time or care that the other nail techs gave their clients. I started a pedi the same time as another woman, and we both got the classic package, and I was done in half the time. My manicure was also incredibly quick. I requested my nails be very short, and he didn't even clip them. He quickly filed them, but didn't do it properly and left jagged edges. He spent little time working on my cuticles, even after I requested that he clean them up AGAIN. The top coat was slapped on, and it was obvious that it didn't cover the entire nail. I asked them to redo the top coat, and was still left with a lazy job. The woman who did my flower messed up, and was unapologetic when I requested that it be fixed. I've been to many nail salons, but this one just did not put the care that I would minimally expect. I was incredibly disappointed, especially after reading the other positive reviews. I will NOT be back.
