  • I've been here with both my dogs & I really like them. Unfortunately one of my dogs is difficult and I've called twice to see if we can get in and they have turned him away twice. One was because the dr said she didn't have enough people to handle him when all he needed was nails cut. Then today I called cause he was having a emergency and she still turned him away cause she has two surgeries today and tomorrow. I'm sorry but if you are in a business to care for pets then that's what you should do, not pick and choose who u will see and who you won't. I'm in the medical field and we don't turn away difficult people. Dogs are just as important as any human.
