  • Been taking ST for a couple years to head to Niagara. They excel at most but are mediocre at others. Guess if you use them on off times you get treated well, get good service. They are always on time, get to destination within reasonable time most of the time. Can't blame them due to traffic. Generally the staff is nice. But if you try to use them on Holiday/Long weekends Look Out. They can get pretty inconsiderate, irritable and just downright abusive. So be forewarned, come up with something else to do then go to the casino on long weekends you'll be happier that way.
