| - I don't get it. Well, let me rephrase that: everyone has a fitness routine that enjoy. I prefer ones that are not like this.
I actually didn't like a single thing about this class. I didn't like the music. I didn't like the rhythm of the class, I didn't like the instructor. I wasn't a fan of the price, or the amenities.
The class is extremely elitist. To the point that they bring out candles at the end for you to blow out, like a "teacher's pet" kind of deal that makes no sense to me. As far as I know, you should just want everyone to come back, so everyone should leave feeling like they're being encouraged and supported? The whole thing was super monotonous - this is the first spin class I've been to but it was just...spinning...the whole time. I read they gave you "free" water (I put "free" in quotations because this class was hella expensive) but I did not receive that. The lockers are smalllll. The class was the 10 of us that I came with, the manager of the place, and a couple of friends of the teacher in from another city. Usually, for classes I go to that aren't this, you have to be on a waitlist for after work class times - this should also tell them something!
OK this wasn't a very constructive review, because it's hard to really "review" a fitness place - if it's not a right fit, it's just not a right fit. I am happy for everyone who went and reviewed it and loved it! I will be sticking with what works for me :)
