If I could give Sentry Management no star at all, I would. Even though I have been paying my HOA like a clockwork, when there was a problem, Sentry Management does not research until you have to ask your bank to provide proof of payment. We just learned many months later with more than 20 calls and emails to Sasha, Caroline (manager) and Barbara Dummitt, they said because Sentry's bank, Union bank, kept making mistakes and credit the HOA payment to a different account of mine. They never bothered to tell me what happened until I finally had to get regional manager, Barbara involved.
When it's Sentry's bank's mistake, Sentry should work with the bank to prevent further mistakes and not send customers run around to do their leg work. They never corrected the problem and kept happening. Sentry Management is really one of the worse HOA experiences I have ever had.
Recommendation for Sentry: 1) do root cause analysis, 2) recognize it could be your mistakes before always assuming it's customers' mistakes and research the issues and not just kick back to the customers; 3) follow through with the bank to resolve the issue and not just put band-aid on; 5) prevent problems from happening again; 6) Let customers know what happened.
