  • Le Village Buffet in the Paris Hotel & Casino was pretty decent! Not my favorite buffet of all time or even favorite buffet in Las Vegas, but I was still pretty satisfied with my meal. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and there was a good variety of foods. This buffet has a unique structure - it has different stations corresponding with different regions / themes in France, which I thought was pretty cool. I especially liked the omelette bar and was not disappointed with my savory pesto omelette. I also really liked their fresh salad bar, which had some excellent options. Their steak was also delicious. What I was actually pretty disappointed in was their dessert section. I mean, c'mon, this is Paris right? I was expecting some amazing pastries, but they came up short and mostly just had macarons (which I don't eat). Other than that, I have no complaints about the food. The wait in line was a bit annoying, but you can find some amazing deals through GroupOn, so check it out. The three of us got in for the price of 2.
