rev:text	Our salesman, Josh Salter, was excellent and we highly recommend him and the folks at Chapman VW. We shopped other dealerships before seeing Josh and he beat all of them on the value of our trade-in. They didn't "nickel and dime" us like some other dealerships and worked with us on getting a deal done. I should note that I decided to write this review because I absolutely despise the "vulture" car salesman who thinks selling a car starts with a blitzkrieg on the customer the instant they step foot on the lot. If you don't want a vulture and prefer great customer service, I recommend giving Josh a call.
