  • My wife and I fell in love with a furniture set at their location. The sales rep told us it would be an additional 15% off. This just put the set into my max budget. My wife and I go back next weekend and find out it was a "manager special" and couldn't give the discount. I was grossly miss informed by $500 on the price. They wouldn't budge on the price or compromise because of their mistake. They told us they were matching living spaces. Well we love the set and purchased it at their competitor which was an extra 35 min drive. On a plus no one lied, they were more informative, and had better financing. I have house to furnish but not with these guys.
