Let's be honest how many times have you walked in to a nail salon and had to wait even with an appointment, always right? Well, this isn't any different.
I called on Wednesday at 5:11pm to make an appointment for 3 ppl on Thursday at 6pm. "Man" on the phone said no problem 6pm Thursday. Fast forward to the next day "woman" at the reception desk stated we didn't have an appointment but it was no problem. I advised her I had call the previous day and the details of the conversation.
She stated I was next in line but apparently the nail tech had already booked a client for 5:30pm keep in mind the real time was 5:56pm. I proceed to advise this "woman" I was next and asked why she didn't inform me that I was no longer next. After a few words and back and forth. The "woman's" defense was the appointment wasn't until 6pm. Fine, I waited.
The "woman" called her son to clarify when the appointment was made. She wanted me to speak to him and I declined. I didn't care about the mistake after all we're all human.
After that an hour had gone by and no help. Appointment kept dropping in and no sign of our turn. It seems like this "girls" teamed up to avoid helping us which is fine. Not how you run a business but still humans. I say peace to this place and I wish them the best. My humble opinion is stay honest as much as possible and don't argue over a simple mistake made in your part. Good luck!
