  • I am so disappointed in how this has gone downhill. Went for lunch today with a party of 9. The restaurant was not crowded at all. We ordered a chicken quesadilla and 4 bowls of soup to split between 4 of us. The chicken inside of the quesadilla was cold and the soup was luke warm. When I told our server he told me it was probably because of the sour cream and walked away. He returned with some other food and with attitude offered to "throw my soup in the microwave". I declined that offer. He left the table and came back to let us know they had a fresh batch of soup that was boiling hot and they would replace our soups. They brought the fresh soup and only 1 had sour cream in it. I asked for sour cream in the others and he told me there was sour cream in all of them. But there was not. Again, attitude. I asked for the manager. The server came back with the big stainless steel bin with sour cream from the kitchen and plopped it into each of our soups (awkward and with attitude). Manager came over and agreed with server that sour cream was in all soups and didn't really comment on the servers attitude at first. Then he said he would talk to him. We pointed out the burned hamburger bun for a kids meal on the other side of the table and he agreed it was burnt and said he would talk to the kitchen about it. No offer to replace it. We were NOT being high maintenance only asking for what we ordered to be cooked and served properly. The server never apologized and we were charged for every item on our bill. We tipped 10% only because I feel a tip is part of the deal on eating out. I am sad to say I will never go back.
