  • If i could give this store ZERO stars I would. I came in here last Friday a little before 4:00 for a battery issue I was experiencing on my phone, that I just got in September. After about a half an hour of waiting and troubleshooting it was determined that yes my battery was shot and would be replaced for free. It was going to take an hour and half to do so, which I thought was relatively reasonable. I came back around 5:30 to check on my phone, waited at the "Genius Bar" for about 15 minutes before someone was able to acknowledge me and was then told that they had hit a "road bump" with a customer ahead of me and I would now have to wait another hour. No apology, nothing. Fine, waited another hour came back a bit before 6:30. Again I had to go through the process of waiting to even be acknowledged, and was then told that they had broke the display on my phone while replacing the battery and would be replacing it for free but that would be another hour. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Again no apology. At this point I am at their mercy because my phone is broken and unusable until they fix it. Long story short I did not receive my phone back until 8:00. During my time of waiting not once did someone apologize or assist me, I had to be the one to ask the status of my phone and what was going on. To make the whole process even more frustrating, I had an expensive glass screen protector on my old display that I had to ask about. They said "oh we did not know you had that", 10 minutes later appeared from the back and attempted to transfer the screen protector from my old display to the new display, which of course was not very successful because the adhesive was no longer very functional. This was honestly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When I would check in and ask what was going on with my phone the workers were rude and told me they would not give a time update and acted annoyed that I would even ask. In no world should it take over 4 hours to replace a phone battery. TERRIBLE customer service.
