| - I wouldn't take my pets there if they were the last vet on earth. I took my Great Dane there for what I suspected was an intestinal blockage. The vet treating my dog blamed the raw diet my dog is fed as the cause of the issues. He was condescending and disrespectful, treating me like a child rather than the adult I am. I was not there for nutritional advice, (I consult a nutrition specialist for those visits) I was not there to be judged for choosing to feed my dog whatever I choose, I was there for a serious medical issue. They are overpriced and did next to nothing for my dog. I requested subcutaneous fluids, which were very overpriced. I took my bill to the new vet I absolutely LOVE - Arrow Animal Hospital, check them out!- and the staff members were shocked about the cost. i also had the records of the visit faxed to the vet and they shared the record, which the vet describes me very distastefully. I had to take him to another vet, who quickly identified the bloackage and assisted to ensure the blockage (which the dreaming summit vet said was just an upset stomach because I feed my dog raw fresh meats....idiot) was passed safely. Yes, my dog had a blockage, and no, the dreaming summit vet did not take my concerns seriously.
This vet doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The girls at the front desk were too busy chatting amongst themselves and looking at facebook to assist me in getting my 150 pound dog on the scale. He was uncomfortable from the blockage and rather than assist me in getting him weighed they chuckled and watched the struggle. Very unprofessional. I waited over half an hour to be seen, and during that time had to restrain my dog from chasing the cat they allow to roam their waiting room. They have these incredibly uncomfortable bench box seat things for you to spend your excessive wait time sitting on.
