OMG! This company is should be out of business for the way they treat customers, Doctor office.
I have spoken to Lucky so many times about getting this bigger wheelchair out for my sister. Why isn't this happening she stated we need a NEW RX I said again the Dr. called 2 weeks ago and I watched them faxed the RX over. This problem is an ongoing problem. This chair was ordered at the beginning of 2017 and we are in 2018.
In January I drove to their location and gave them another RX and they promise we will not lose or misplace it. The Dr. called and they told her they never received a new RX for this order and we both went off on them. They stated no one by that name or description doesn't work there. So, I do them one better I go back to the place the same girl that waited on me who isn't supposed to work there is waiting for me again. So the person I spoke to on the phone came to the front stated they never said this, but they didn't know I recorded them over the phone. She walks off and never came back when I said need a manager. I have reported them to the BBB and still no response. No wheelchair for my sister... don't use them ever again.......
