  • Being a resident of this city, I've gone to the branch several times trying to give it a chance. A few of those times the tellers are so non-attentive. At one point, she told me why don't I go to the ATM to take care of the transaction. I said, if you say that to every customer, you'll be out of a job. Which wouldn't be a bad thing. I will drive the extra 15 min. to the B of A in Henderson on Heather Ridge where they go out of their way to help you. Boulder City employees should go there for training.
