  • Apparently not a safe place to bring your kids. My kid and his friends went to flip n out today and he and a friend got their iPhone 7s stolen at this place along with 3 other people (also kids) from another party. There are signs posted that says they are not responsible if things go missing but they need to have staff who are capable of keeping an eye on things, especially since there are children there. Henderson police were called and they even said that things of this sort happens all the time at this place. If I had known, I wouldn't have let him go along on this trip with his friends. According to other people who left comments on yelp, worst things happen here as well. Don't bring your kids here, there are other places in town that don't have a bad wrap. Or at least until the staff gets replaced and a better source of security is implemented. I would give this place a negative star if possible. Who knows, it could be employees who are doing the stealing. My son was allowed to watch while the surveillance cameras were checked by the police and they weren't even facing the area where people are allowed to keep their belongings while at play. I'm sure the employees there are aware of the angle of the cameras and know they won't get caught snooping in and around the lockers. We will never go there again nor recommend this place to anyone. I know it's just a phone and another one could be bought. But, any parent would be upset if something like this were to happen to their child's belongings.
