Came to check out this new Italian restaurant in Henderson. First of all, the owners are present and friendly. When you first walk in, Nico is here with open arms and eager to show the beautiful restaurant off.
The decor is modern and bright. There is an open kitchen where you can see the cooks make fresh pasta and cook in the wood fired oven.
We had an appetizer of crostini with fresh tomatoes and ricotta served with cured meats. All the entree were cooked perfectly, my eggplant melted in my mouth. My roommate had the Cioppino and I got to taste some and it was fantastic.
They also have a happy hour that I glimpsed at the menu of and I'm definitely coming back for a $7 pizza and a $9 waygu burger!
This place will be a local gem. I can't wait to see how it grows!
