  • I'm in here quite often and have no complaints... They're usually pretty friendly and I think they've only screwed up my order once. The morning line up moves quickly as do the line ups when they have promos going on (like when they have half price frapps from 3-5 in the summer, or buy one get one free holiday drinks like they are doing now.) It's not their fault that head office decided to provide only 2% milk or 10% cream at the stations...jeeze. They're more than happy to accommodate substitutions when requested.
