  • I am a Gold member at Hertz. And the last two rentals I have done there were not up to the gold standard they promise. Both times I arrived at the Charlotte airport hertz location, my name was not on the board and I had to wait in long lines at the gold office to get my car. I am getting disappointed, and am starting to think it might be worth changing to another company.
