I am disgusted with the poor customer service given to me by this place. I initially found this place through my medical insurance provider list as an approved provider for my insurance. I contacted this place to schedule an initial appointment and was told that I needed to send my previous gastro medical records to see if I would be approved to come to this place. This felt unusual, but I complied. I faxed my records over to be told a week later that I wasn't approved to come here without a reason. The girl on the phone would not tell me why. I contacted my medical insurance company to inform them of what had occurred and they asked that I contact them back to find out why I had been rejected to come to this place. When I called them back, they had me on hold for 25 minutes, then got back on the phone and said would call me back, but did not. When I told the insurance this, they offered to call this office with me on the phone, which was nice of them. She said that the reason they were not scheduling me is because "they do not schedule more than a month out." When I told them that I would be willing to wait until March with any of their eight doctors, she told me that they could not schedule me past February. She also lied and accused me of already being told this information over the phone, when I had not. I asked the girl, why this office only schedules for the same month, and she hung up on me and my insurance representative. I am in disbelief that a medical practice would operate like this with people in need of a doctor. I also do not feel comfortable that this place has my personal medical records for their own convenience of accepting or rejecting people ahead of time.
