  • I went in to see if they carried the specific calligraphy nib I wanted. I asked the staff and they didn't have it, so I went to browse in the watercolour section since I've been meaning to grab some supplies. An employee asked if I needed help looking for anything in particular, to which I replied my usual, "No thank you, I'm just browsing." The employee then rolled her eyes and snarkily replied, "Yeah, because this is the place to do that." This was my first time visiting a Midoco, and definitely my last due to their unpleasant customer service.
