Was not too keen on the wait. But hey, I read good reviews so I decide to wait about 1.5 hours. My husband ordered the gumbo with everything and I had a half-dozen oysters and the New England clam chowder. The chowder was good. Full of clams and good flavor. I ate my freshly shucked oysters with tabasco and they were really good. Kind of reminded me of home (FL). The gumbo had a really good flavor and full of seafood. They definitely don't skimp and you get your money's worth.
The scene was really cool, watching the chef cook your food in front of your eyes, so you know what you are getting.
