  • After 15+ years of doing business, I'm very disappointed with my treatment. My mechanic verified I need new tires, discount tire said they looked bad but not bad enough because they weren't at the worst possible bottom level on their chart. So since I still have 15,000 miles left on my warranty I should risk my life on the road because discount tire doesn't want to fulfill their warranty and replace my tires. But the salesman was okay with trying to sell me new tires for over $600 rather than fulfill my current warranty. Makes sense? No
