  • Came here to work out and finished my session at 10:45pm. I go grab a protein drink from the fridge and Carly quickly approaches me and says they close the register at 11pm. I mentioned it wasn't even 11 yet and then she says, "oh, my register crashed 15 minutes ago". Hmmmmm, coincidence or a bold-faced lie? I think the latter. Thanks Carly for shoeing another member away from this gym permanently. I'll be sure to spread the word about your laziness, the filth in your sauna, and the horrible upkeep and cleanliness of the equipment. Ever heard of customer service?
