The store is neatly organized but you have to know what you are looking for and do your own product research beforehand. I find the staff is mainly there to stock shelves and ring up purchases...they are not necessarily the most knowledgeable people and are not good at answering questions. I've experienced this on several occasions. Also, I don't know what it is but they also move as fast as molasses. If you need them to look something up for you be prepared to stay an extra 15-20 minutes in the store.
Some things in the store are a bit over-priced and you can probably find cheaper elsewhere in the city (I wouldn't buy kitchen appliances there) but it all comes down to a matter of personal convenience and how much time you want to spend driving around.
