rev:text	I normally use a different shuttle service but I wanted one closer to the airport for this trip. Drop off was great, very efficient and my driver was upbeat and friendly. I couldn't find the pick up area when I returned home so I called. Amanda answered and was a bit rude and put me on hold but didn't ask before she did so (I still had questions). Someone else came on the line and gave me directions that still were not clear. I eventually asked an airline clerk where the pick up area was. I was told by Amanda that the van came by every 4-6 minutes but I waited a lot longer. The van did have a full load so I imagine it wasn't the driver's fault and to my surprise it was the same driver I had who dropped me off before my trip. Again, he was friendly and upbeat. I pre-paid this trip so checking out was very fast, I was even offered a cold bottle of water. I would consider using this service again, as they offer great coupons and most all the staff are friendly.
