Received a call on a Sunday evening from Mickey, the hotel owner's son.
I was told that I did not wait at the front desk on check in for 5 minutes; the video was checked and it was only 2 minutes. I was also told that some restitution would have been made on my room, but I checked out.
Then Mickey said he noticed I had left online reviews. I was told that if I would remove those reviews, my room would be comped.
I told him that his entire conversation was about telling me, the guest, how wrong I was and I find that to be horrible customer service.
My reviews stand, Mickey, and you bought yourself a negative update as well.
