| - I just went here for the first time AND it was for Valentines Day. I was a little skeptical because I am not a vegetarian, don't really care for many gluten free foods, etc. But, I will say this, no flavor was lost on ANY dish I tried, everything was amazing and my eyes were opened up to how awesome the food at this restaurant is.
We got the hummus for appetizer, roasted chicken entrée and steak taco entrée and the dessert trio to try things out (flowerless chocolate cake, Pomegranate yuzu sorbet and squash pie).
Hummus - I have never found a hummus I enjoy, this was had a little spice to it and was amazing.
Roasted chicken - the amount of flavor in this dish is amazing. I am not a squash fan so I substituted in some broccoli, mixed with the faro, spinach and puree I downed the entire entrée and was in heaven.
Steak Tacos - My girlfriend is very picky, but gobbled up every bite of her tacos.
Dessert:
Flowerless chocolate cake - amazing again, flowerless..? I don't even know what that means after eating this cake, every cake should be made this way.
Sorbet - Amazing, sweet with a little tang very good.
Squash Pie - very similar to pumpkin pie but better. Very, very good dish.
Assistant General Manager Ryan and our server were both so good and meeting everybody's needs during a busy Valentine's Day evening. Thanks guys!!
