First review ever since I could not stand the experience I had undergone.
Went in with a total of 4 people. They were understaffed and only had two staff that could give massages and bargained with us about the prices only offering two of us the $20/hr and the other two $35/hr. We finally got a deal where three of us would have the $20/hr rate and one would have the $35/hr rate.
While two of us were getting massages, one of the workers were on the phone for a quaternary of the time while the other was on her phone half the time.
I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. Two cell phone's ring tones constantly going off while we were getting half a$$ed massages is not what I went in for.
What they did do is massage feet, arms, neck, face, head, and back.
After two of us were done with our massages, we were given apologies for the other two not getting massages. The hostess was constantly apologizing and telling us her employees lied to her about coming in. I don't think it's a good thing to tell you're customers you have employees that lie. When you hire employees, reliability should be one of the qualities they should have.
The tipping point that made me write this review is the demand for a higher tip. I believe we were generous extremely generous with our tip given the circumstances.
They demanded 50% tips we were leaving.
For everyone who is looking to come here, remember
*** tip is not obligatory***
If they don't do even provide mediocre service, don't tip.
