Found this one on Yelp a looooong time ago and been stuck with going here ever since. The restaurant is super tiny with limited seats, but the food here is pretty amazing.
I always get the tonkotsu ramen when the half boiled egg with the spicy paste. It's a bit on the heavy/greasy side, but overall the taste is excellent. Gyoza is nothing special, so I wouldn't put too much hope in them in my opinion.
Avoid this place during lunch and dinner! It's in a plaza that consists of good restaurants and boba shop. The parking spots are limited and can be hard to find/park. This place opens at 11:30 but people start lining up even before that. But the service is pretty quick so the wait is doable.
