Very fast and attentive to my issue, broken drain pipe under kitchen sink. Yes they used equipement that might not have been needed, but I think they have certain "rules" and government guidelines to follow. Regardless, my insurance sent me a check and I sent them my check when they billed. Communication in anything is important so just work out any issue with any business (I had no issues with Drylux).
After water cleared and dry out was done, their related company HyperBuilt took over with cabinet rebuild. Great job. They were able to save the granite top without cracking (if it would have cracked, my insurance would have covered replacement). They were easy to work with and again, like any business, good communication is important. They were able to easily adjust billing for some minor work I ended up not needing done related to reinstall of water RO system. My insurance sent me a check and then I paid Hyperbuilt. Easy process.
