  • While I am not much of a gambler, I do like going to Las Vegas and staying on the strip. I decided to give Mandalay Bay a try this time around because they had great rates. I was not disappointed. I decided to upgrade to the Executive King room and I was glad I did. It was very roomy and comfortable. I had a great view of the Strip and McCarran airport. One of the things that I liked about the room was the little "alcove"., which is the sitting area. It had a great view so I can just sit there and eat snacks and enjoy the view. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a separate shower and tub. For those that also want to get some work done, there's also a spacious desk where you can put your laptop and papers if you need to. I ate breakfast at the Seabreeze CafĂ© for breakfast. The service was excellent from beginning to end. I had the Bagel and Salmon and it was great. Mandalay Bay is definitely one of the two places (the other being the SIgnature at MGM Grand) that I will definitely come back to whenever I travel to Las Vegas.
