  • Returned a $2200 laptop almost 3 weeks ago in person. My refund still has not been credited to my credit card. I am now forced to make payments on a laptop I do not have or risk my credit!!!! This is bs. Apple says they processed refund, yet nothing has come thru. A credit card dispute has been opened. Be wary! ****update, 22 days and refunded thru my CC investigation. Apple didn't have the decency to return my emails**** yup still not a peep. Shame!
