  • Pathetic service and super cold food! The bad/rude service was a first time experience for me. The manger (or whoever that person was) didn't have basic etiquette while serving customers. We went for buffet lunch and basic cutlery like spoons and bowls were not provided for eating. When we requested for spoons we were told to get up from our seats and fetch it ourselves. When we went and picked it up, the spoons turned out to be tiny dessert spoons instead. After that we requested for bowls so that we can eat the food in a manageable manner. But apparently they don't provide bowls (funny!) and you are supposed to put the currys on the plate and eat (messy!). When we picked up dessert bowls instead to eat, we were rudely told by the manager and his wife to not use them. Lastly, while we were eating our food half-way through, the manager's wife came and threw the bill at our table and left! And top it off, throughout our dining experience the waiter there was constantly standing next to our table and staring (creepy!) Now talking about the food. Food was extremely cold and obviously the waiters/managers didn't care about it as well. Naan (bread) was extremely hard. And the currys were watery with no taste in it. Overall there are way better Indian restaurants in nearby locality for the same or cheaper price with better ambience, service and food! This place was quite horrible and I will never be going to this place again.
