  • I've been enjoying this place for a couple of years now. I did an on-line order for once and marked it as pickup. I got a call that he accidentally shipped the cigars and ashtray. I was that concerned about it, but they gave me an exact set of the cigars I ordered that I could pick up. I picked them up and a couple of days later my order came in. This is the kind of customer service that makes me pick Fox Cigar Bar in Gilbert and Scottsdale over others.
