  • I just got the absolute worst haircut of my life. I had multiple pictures of what I wanted and what I ended up with is not even close. The length is way too short and the layers are all off. I didn't ask for a difficult cut as it is something I have asked for, and gotten, at other salons. I went to this salon a couple years ago and my experience was fine, so I expected to have a similar experience this time around. The chin length flippy style I asked for is instead a helmet. My husband has longer hair than I do now! It is too short for me to even go somewhere to have it fixed!! I am beyond upset and depressed as I feel like I have a cross between and old lady/boy haircut. Not what you expect when you walk into a trendy salon on Mill Ave. I will never be coming back here again.
