| - We will NEVER shop at Ashley again. We purchased our sectional and ottoman there in Aug. 2012. At a cost of over $2,000 it was not cheap, and was a big purchase for us. We bought a warranty as well. Upon delivery, I noticed that a throw pillow was coming apart at the seams - a 2-inch gap was allowing the stuffing to come out. It was immediately replaced - no big deal. A few months later, I noticed that one of our cushions was coming apart at the seams. They came out and stitched it up. Then I noticed our ottoman was sagging on one side. Again, they came out and fixed it. Now, I've noticed that the seam is once again coming apart on one of our cushions. We waited a long time to buy this set, and we do NOT abuse our furniture. It is absolutely RIDICULOUS that we have had to make this man y service calls in such a short amount of time. Yes, we have a warranty; however, that is beside the point. I have taken advantage of the warranty and will continue to do so until it expires. The point here is the INCONVENIENCE and ANNOYANCE of continually having to schedule appointments to repair an approximately $2,000 couch and ottoman that have been in my home for LESS than a year and have been VERY well taken care of..
Obviously, their products are shoddy and NOT meant to last. I can pretty much guarantee that you will NOT love this place.
