rev:text	Just bought a car here. Pretty easy process, got a good price, and they were somewhat less slimy than other dealers. Started by getting a price "commitment" through AOL BestDeal Car Pricing online. Got a call from followup call from Right's internet/fleet dept. I promised them a simple cash deal, no financing, no trade. Told them what I wanted and was able to find a car I liked at a price that worked (at about $1,000 less than the price from Bell Toyota). The rep (Rick) was very good and clear about detailing exactly what was and was not included. I'd give them 5 stars, except for what happened when it came time to pay after 45 minutes of paperwork signing. Brad (the Finance guy) handed me a price sheet that included a $449 (?) doc fee. I told him that I had a lengthy conversation with the rep, where we agreed on an all-in price, plus registration fees and tax only. He said "everyone pays the doc fee, you can't get around it, your rep is not authorized to sell you that car at that price. Same old bull you get everywhere. I told him I'd pay the doc fee, but then he had to lower the base selling price by $449 to get us to the agreed-upon number. Eventually, he offered to cut the doc fee to $150, and I told him I'd meet him halfway at $75. He reluctantly agreed. As he typed up the new agreement, he said aloud "Okay, so $100 for the doc fee....", and I told him "no, we agreed on $75, redo the paperwork". Good lord. Deaf, dumb and slimy. So, the maximum 5 stars for sales rep Rick, and minimum 1 star for finance manager Brad. That gives Right a 3-star average, which still beats the living hell out of Bell Toyota and Chapman Hyundai.
