Stephanie, the owner, left me a message and left a very apologetic and heartfelt response as to why I never received a phone call back and offered to make it right. I appreciate this very much and I'm looking forward to a glowing and beautiful tan on Friday.
Disappointed. I called twice and left a message via their comment tab on the website. I've still not had anyone get back to me. I consider this terrible customer service and a direct reflection of their quality of work. Too bad, I loved the idea of organic and giving back. Guess not.
